Harold Moyer , Vice President, called the meeting to order for Mary Wright, President, who is in Florida . The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Harold Moyer .
Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, Gail Young made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Sue Nicolella . There were no additions or corrections. Motion carried.
Annette Boyette read the treasurer's report. A correction of + $6.00 was made bringing the balance on hand as of 01/21/12 to $820.00. Gail Young made a motion to accept the treasurer's report, which was seconded by Ben Blanks. Motion carried.
Health and Welfare Report:
Gail Young talked to Dona Weakley (former Dogwood member) and she said to tell everyone hi.
Horace Brock (former Dogwood member) had some skin surgery on his nose so they couldn't come tonight.
Annette Boyette talked to Cornelia & Duncan Mills who are in Sebastian , Florida both sick with colds and sore throats. Tell everyone hello and wish we were there with them.

Committee reports:
Mary Wright has appointed the nominating committee for 2012-13 officers. They are Mary Anne Moyer as Chairman, Sue Nicolella , and Leigh Anne Schuler .
Wagonmaster report:
The Richmond Camping RV Expo is February 10-11 at the RIR. The Schuler's need volunteers to help on Friday or Saturday. Sign-up sheet is on the head table. Please sign-up for a period of time you are available. Leigh Anne Schuler talked to McGeorge and he will have a table for us to greet and invite new members. To get in you must wear your green shirts and say you are with Dogwoods/McGeorge.
At 6:00 pm on Saturday, Ted and Annette are hosting the meeting at the Greek Islands Restaurant at 9503 W. Broad Street (across from Sam's Club). If you want to see menu, go to their website. The owners used to own The Greek Circus years ago. Casual dress.
March 30-April 2 will be first campout at the KOA in Williamsburg hosted by the Boilers and the Schulers. Pam Boiler has flyers about the campground if anyone is interested. Please ask for the Colonial section and talk to Elizabeth .
April 13-15 will be at the KOA in Fredericksburg hosted by the Nicolellas and the Blanks. We plan to have a tour bus take us to see the Cherry Blossoms in DC.
Unfinished Business:
Harold Moyer read an email from Mary Wright that the September Rally made more money than it needed. Since it was voted in November that the money would be divided between two charities, the Wounded Warrior Fund was sent $250.00 and each of the 6 chapters would be given $100.00 to donate to their local Food Bank. Mary Wright received the check and mailed it to the Central Food Bank with an explanation.
New Business:
Mary Anne Moyer read the announcement from WIT that they have invited the Sunnybrook and Winnebago towable owners to join the national, state, and local WIT Clubs as well as participate in fun-filled caravans and rallies held throughout North America . Winnebago Industries is excited about the potential growth to WIT along with plenty of fun and new friendships.
A motion was made by Sue Nicolella to vote Connie & Ty Taggart of Chesterfield into the club, which was seconded by Ben Blanks. Motion carried.
State Advisory Board Suggestions: None
Thank hosts:
Dan & Gail Young organized this meeting; the appetizers were their treat to the group.
Motorhome Experiences:
The Nicolellas traded their motor home in today for a 2011 Winnebago Vista. Congratulations to them and we are thrilled that they purchased a Winnebago!
Announcements:
Gail Young would like to thank everyone for coming out on this cold wintery night.
Mary Anne Moyer welcomed the Taggart's to our club and we look forward to getting to know them better.
50/50 Winner: Gary Harman for $16.50.
Next Meeting Date:
The Boyettes will be hosting next meeting on Saturday, February 11 at 5:00 pm at the Greek Islands Restaurant located at 9503 West Broad Street (across from Sam's Club) following the Richmond Camping RV Expo.
There being no further business Joe Nicolella made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Bill Boiler. Motion carried.
