John McMillan, President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Brenda McMillan.
Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, John McMillan made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Mike Schuler, motion carried.
Joe Nicolella made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, which was seconded by Frank Zimmerman, motion carried.
John McMillan read the treasurers report in Mary Wright's absence. Dona Weakley made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Frank Zimmerman, motion carried.
Health and Welfare Report:
Leroy Wright doing well from his surgery and will have the neck brace off for the July campout.
Diane Zimmerman was in the ER for stomach problems and is doing better.
Gene Veler had a blue spot on his tongue he had tested and is okay. We wish him luck with his surgery on July 6 th .
Marilyn Chambers going for tests next week for her bladder.

Committee reports:
Rally committee balance on hand $6,618.00. A check was sent David & Lorraine Brown for winning the Early Bird drawing. Vendors will pay $50.00 to come in for the day. George Bakos checking with James River Bus company to see about getting them for the tour on Friday because we can't use the school bus because of liability. Mike booked a band for the rally who is Jean & Pat Veler's son's band. $750.00 in funny money will be given to each coach for the casino games (money wheel, stud poker). Anyone who wants to donate an item for the silent auction let Brenda know. Some seminars are: Casino games by the Bako's, pampered chef, McGeorge said they wanted to do a seminar, Ron Colbow (Peninsula Winnies) where is the motor on your slide out.
Cut-off date for ads is mid August.
Wagonmaster report:
McGeorge will host our July Campout at Shenandoah Crossing on the weekend of July 24-26; they will provide a BBQ dinner for Saturday evening. Friday will be pot luck, Saturday the McMillan's are hosting breakfast, brunch or lunch followed by the chapter meeting (we will invite the new people McGeorge invites). John asked that everyone wear their green shirts and name tags on Saturday. McGeorge will bring a door prize.
Aug.21-23 rd will be the State Meeting at Cozy Acres Tidewater Tascas will host.
Oct. 15-18 th Bill Plemmons – will be free this year.
Nov. 13-15 Thousand Trails in Glouster , VA - $60.00 will have to be sent to Ron Colbow Peninsula Winnies so he can make the reservations.
Unfinished Business:
Brenda is making up a guideline for Host weekends.
Fri. – social & heavy appetizers
Sat. – morning host choice – breakfast, brunch or lunch
Dinner – main course host – potluck with everyone else bringing sides (let host know what your bringing)
Sun. – light breakfast
Diane Weakley made a motion to accept the change, it was seconded by Diane Zimmerman, motion carried.
New Business:
Dues are due July 1 st for the 2009-2010 chapter dues.
Website host renewal for year is $240.00.
Linda Bakos is going to renew her ad on our website for this year.

The cost per person was $5.50
Motorhome Experiences:
Marilyn Chambers was having problems with her water pump it wouldn't come on re-read the instructions on priming the pump and it works fine now so she didn't have to replace it.
