| DOGWOOD WINNIES MINUTES Nicks Roman Terrace Those Present Were: George & Linda Bakos Joe Nicolella, Vice President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was dispensed with due to the close proximity of the other restaurant clientele. Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, Joe Nicolella made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Mike Schuler. Joe Nicolella made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, which was seconded by Leigh Ann Schuler. Since Mary Wright is still in Florida enjoying the warm weather and sunshine Joe Nicolella reported the balance on hand. There was no activity on the account this month. Cornelia Mills made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Diane Zimmerman.
