Joe Nicolella, Vice President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was dispensed with due to the close proximity of the other restaurant clientele.

Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, Joe Nicolella made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Mike Schuler.

Joe Nicolella made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, which was seconded by Leigh Ann Schuler.

Since Mary Wright is still in Florida enjoying the warm weather and sunshine Joe Nicolella reported the balance on hand. There was no activity on the account this month. Cornelia Mills made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Diane Zimmerman.

Health and Welfare Report:
Annette Boyette will be having knee replacement surgery this week.

Joe Nicolella passed out the updated 2010 camping schedule to everyone that was present.

April 30-May 2 nd – Misty Mountain (deadline for reservations 3/15/10)

May 21 – 23 state meeting Holiday Travel Park $35.54 per night (deadline for reservations 3/1/10)

June 18 – 20 New Point RV Resort - $19.95 a night (deadline for reservations 2/28/10)

July 16 – 18 Americamp Lake Gaston – $31.50 a night (deadline for reservations 3/30/10)
