DOGWOOD'S NEWS MISSIVE
Camp Hatteras, Outer Banks NC

Ten coaches make the trip to Camp Hatteras for the North Carolina TarWheels State Rally. There were a lot of coaches from all the Virginia state clubs at the rally. The location was great and the weather could not have been better.

Most of the group arrived Thursday afternoon and enjoyed socializing and taking a look at the Schuler's new Navion IQ.

Friday morning, breakfast was served, followed by the Opening Ceremonies. There were seminars and games all day and an ice cream social. Many of the members took time to enjoy the beach, while others went sight seeing in this popular tourist area. The North Carolina folks put on a great dinner and followed it with door prizes and Bingo games.

Saturday morning, there were more seminars and vendors after breakfast. The Dogwoods relaxed in the sun and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The Youngs provided lunch and then the club meeting was held. All of the camping dates for the year were finally determined and plans began for the next year's rally. Once again, the NC folks provided a southern dinner and ended the evening with entertainment and more doorprizes.

Sunday morning there was a quick breakfast, then everyone packed up to take the long trip home and said their goodbyes until next time.
