| DOGWOOD'S NEWS MISSIVE Calabash Seafood Restaurant Mechanicsville , VA December 14, 2008 By Sue Nicolella The members met on Sunday, December 14, at Calabash Restaurant in Mechanicsville , VA. There were 22 members present, plus one guest, the mother of Leroy Wright. Leroy and Mary Wright were our hosts and provided us with snacks for the social hour and a small gift for each member present. Horace and Mabel (former members) stopped by to say hello and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Our social hour was followed by the chapter meeting where we discussed upcoming events for 2009. The food was excellent as always. Several of our members have headed south for the winter and will be missed. Our next meeting will be held on January 10, 2009, at the Brickhouse Run Restaurant in Petersburg , VA. John McMillian
