| DOGWOOD WINNIES MINUTES Those Present Were: John & Brenda McMillan Mike Schuler, President called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Cornelia Mills. Leigh Anne Schuler , Secretary, read the minutes of the last meeting. There was a correction to the minutes, Diane Zimmerman's birthday was wrong. Joe Nicolella made a motion to accept the minutes, seconded by Frank Zimmerman, motion carried. Duncan Mills read the treasurers report. John McMillan made a motion to accept the treasurers report, seconded by Leroy Wright, motion carried. Everyone was reminded that dues are due this month Health and Welfare Report: Sue Nicollela had surgery and was doing well. Happy October Birthdays!!!! Betty Lou Woolard 10/5 Happy October Anniversaries!! Ted & Annette Boyette 50 Years!!! 10/3 Guests: none Committee reports: The audit committee (Joe Nicolella and Brenda McMillan) checked the books and all is reported to be in order. Wagonmaster Report: The sign up book was available to fill out for the rest of the year and ready to start next year. October 17-19: Misty Mountain Unfinished Business: Treasurer: Mary Wright New Business: none State Advisory board suggestions : none Announcements: Incoming President John McMillan made a few announcements. First, he wanted to thank everyone for their support and asked that everyone pitch in this coming year for the upcoming rally that we are in charge of. Second, he wants to try and increase membership this coming year with creative ideas. Finally, he thanked the outgoing officers and presented them with personalized parting gifts for their years of service.
