Unfinished Business:

None

New Business:

The State has raised the dues to $5 per coach to keep up with the rising costs of recruiting members such as printing, stamps, paper etc. This year
this will be considered an assessment, as the constitution will need to be changed to officially raise the dues. This money is due to the state in
November. Harold Moyer made a motion for the Dogwoods to go ahead and pay their $20 this campout, and table raising our dues at this time. John

McMillan seconded and motion carried. This will be brought up again at the October campout so it can be resolved before the due date in November.

The Dogwoods will be in charge of the rally in 2009 and must let the State know by May 2008 what the plans are.

Wagonmaster Report:
The October campout will be hosted by Mac Parrish and Candy Swanson in Williamsburg on October 19-21.

The November campout will be a state campout, November 9-11 at Cozy Acres in Powhatan. Please call 804-598-2470 now for reservations.
