State Advisory board suggestions :

There were a few suggestions from the Advisory Board.

  1. No more than one state officer per chapter. Gene Veler made a motion to accept, seconded by John McMillan and the Dogwoods voted yes. The state voted against it at the general meeting.
  2. For the money that is allocated for GNR for the Row Party, it was suggested that the money go to the “head of row”, not necessarily the state president in case they can't go. Gene Veler made a motion to accept, seconded by John McMillan, and the Dogwoods voted yes. This passed at the general meeting.
  3. It was suggested that the Rally Host chapter should also host the August meeting and always held at the same place. Gene Veler made a motion to accept, seconded by John McMillan. The group voted yes, but it was voted down by the state at the general meeting.
