John McMillan, President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Harold Moyer.

Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, John McMillan made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Ted Boyette, motion carried.

There was one correction to the June minutes. Marilyn Chambers name was accidentally left off as those who were present.

Harold Moyer made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, which was seconded by George Bakos, motion carried.

Mary Wright read the treasurers report. Dan Young made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Linda Bakos, motion carried.

Health and Welfare Report:

Gene Veler having a problem with his ankle on the same leg he had surgery on.

Betty Lou Woolard is doing great.

David Armstrong doing good still having a problem with his lungs.

Committee reports:

Brenda McMillan said there was nothing to report from the Nominating Committee.

Mary Wright had a sheet with everyone's assignment for the Rally (she will email it to everyone later).

Leigh Anne had the schedule for the Rally which also is posted online and updated regularly.

Wagonmaster report:

Mary Anne Moyer reminded everyone of the upcoming campouts.

Aug.21-23 rd will be the State Meeting at Cozy Acres Tidewater Tascas will host. John McMillan will email everyone with particulars, as he has not received anything as of yet.

Oct. 15-18 th Bill Plemmons – will be free this year

Oct. 23-25 th - Paradise Lake Family Campground.

Nov. 13-15 -Thousand Trails in Glouster , VA - $60.00 will have to be sent to Ron Colbow Peninsula Winnies so he can make the reservations.

Motorhome Experiences:

Recall on some Norcold refrigerators

The Bakos had a problem of their coach running a little ruff –they put some dry gas in and it seems to be better. They think it was condensation under the distributor cap.

Joe Preissner said when he went to pick up the Mill's motorhome for them from having a water leak fixed he had no brakes to stop. So they took it back to get new brakes put on.

Announcements:

Dues are due this month; if you haven't paid please pay Mary Wright.

Doc Holliday had a drawing for door prizes to be given out after dinner Saturday night.
