Johnson, President called the meeting to order.
Harold Moyer led in the pledge of allegiance.
A motion was made by Shirley Johnson to dispense
from reading the minutes of the May meeting,
motion carried.
Cornelia
Mills read the treasurers report. A motion to
accept the treasurer's report was made, seconded
and motion carried.
Health
and Welfare Report: David Armstrong eye
has stabilized for now. Shirley Dance thanked
everyone who sent cards when her niece passed
away. Dona Weakley had eye surgery in one eye
and it went well. She was thrilled that everything
doesn't look yellow anymore. Tom Kaiser of Kaisers
RV Repair lost his wife to cancer. Duncan and
Cornelia Mills thanked everyone who visited
when her aunt passed away.

Reports: Nominating committee- everything
is in order.
Wagonmaster
(Trail boss) Report: The July campout will
be at Rockahock July 21-23. Cost is $34 per
night. Call 804-966-8362 to make reservations
by the end of June. The Moyers and Youngs will
host. The August meeting will be held at Bethpage
on the 18th-20th. It is the state meeting and
is $22/night. Make reservations by August 1st.
The Rally will be in September at Bethpage and
will cost $105/coach. The Dogwoods are in charge
of the November state campout in November. This
campout will be held at American Heritage in
Williamsburg and will be $29/night.
Old
Business: The Dogwoods will be hosting the
November state campout. Please be thinking of
a charity we can donate to for this meeting.
Ideas for the fundraiser are needed. Some ideas
include a 50/50 raffle, and brown bag bingo.
New
Business: A suggestion was made that members
hold flea markets at their own coaches at the
rally. 10% of the proceeds would be donated
to the club. Many members plan on bringing their
yard sale items for this event.
Announcements:
Next year's Grandparents Weekend is tenatively
set for July 27th.

Board Suggestions: None
Motorhome
Experiences: On the way to the campout,
the Preissners blew a tire 13 miles from home.
It was a defective tire.
50/50
winner: $15 was won by Mike Schuler.
Thanks to the McMillans and the Schulers for
hosting.
There
being no further business, Shirley Johnson made
a motion to adjourn the meeting, motion carried.
