John McMillan, President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by John McMillan.

Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, John McMillan made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Leroy Wright, motion carried.

Joe Nicolella made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, which was seconded by Harold Moyer, motion carried.

Mary Wright read the treasurers report. Gene Veler made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Dona Weakley, motion carried.

Health and Welfare Report:

Leroy Wright doing well after his shoulder surgery, June 3 rd he'll have his second surgery.

Sue Nicolella is doing well from her surgery.

Gene Veler is going in to have knee surgery on July 6 th .

Harry Weakley is doing well.

Committee reports:

Mike Schuler did a good job with his report at the executive meeting regarding the rally.

We will have a rally meeting at 3:00 pm today regarding updates.

Wagonmaster report:

Mary Ann Moyer wanted to remind everyone to sign up for the June campout at Cozy Acres.

Also, McGeorge will host our July Campout on the weekend of the 24-26; John McMillan will email everyone regarding the particulars.

Unfinished Business: None

New Business:

Brenda McMillan suggested a new outline for the host weekends. Friday night would be a social with heavy appetizers, Saturday host choice breakfast, brunch or lunch, and dinner would be pot luck with host doing main course. Sunday morning would be a lighter healthier fare. Mike suggested that Brenda make up a guideline so it can be posted online. This will be readdressed at the next meeting.

State Advisory Board Suggestions:

Harold Moyer reported that at the August State Meeting they will be discussing the fund raiser for next May. Should the state set a goal amount and then have each Chapter reimburse the State or keep as it is now?

The cost per person was $2.00.

Motorhome Experiences:

Gene Veler was having plumbing issues with his motorcoach.

Announcements:

Diane Zimmerman won the Governor's Award for Community Service & Volunteerism for her work with the Relay for Life.

We received a thank you letter from Shiners Hospital for our donation of $35.00 in memory of David S. Short.

50/50 Winner: Sue Nicolella won $11.00
