Unfinished business/Committee reports:
Donna Preissner will head up the decorating committee for the rally, assisted by Cornelia Mills and Mary Anne Moyer. The boats have been purchased and we will begin painting them at the June campout. They have also purchased the table paper to make the rivers.
Mary Wright will head up the angel tree donation for the Christmas dinner.

New Business:
Notices will be mailed out to make changes to the bylaws regarding the state. The laws have stated that no two officers can serve from the same club. Because of the shortage of volunteers, the state is requesting the bylaws be changed to allow it. A copy of the letter was read by Mike Schuler, and will be mailed to all members.

The Mills did some research on purchasing a tent canope for the club. This idea has been tabled for now as the Wrights offered theirs to borrow for the June campout. Harold Moyer volunteered to pick it up and bring it. There is no pavilion at Pocahontas and we need shade.

Wagonmaster Report:

The June campout will be held at Pocahontas State Park, June 16-18, hosted by McMillans and Schulers.
There are two campouts in July, one at GNR and one at Cozy Acres. The GNR dates are 15th-20th and will be attended by the Boyettes, Woolards and Weakleys. The Grandparents weekend will be July 27-29 at Cozy acres in Powhatan. More to follow.

Announcements:
Duncan announced that he posted some photos online from the Bill Plemmons campout. They are at

Advisory Board Suggestions:
none

Motorhome Experiences:
Leroy Wright complained that his check engine light kept coming on. Turns out after $400, it was just a sensor. Joe Preissner joked that he could have just black tape over the light. It was funny coming from our technical advisor!
Duncan Mills reminded everyone to get a written estimate so they don't end up with an $89 bumper costing $489!

50/50 winner: $12.50 was won by Duncan Mills

Thanks to the Moyers for BBQ on Thursday night.

Mike Schuler thanked everyone for all their help to make the fundraiser weekend a success. A total of $441.26 was raised for the American Diabetes Association.

There being no further business,Gene Veler made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Leroy Wright, motion carried.

Respectfully submitted,

Leigh Anne Schuler
Secretary
