Boyd Johnson, President called the meeting to order. There was no pledge of allegiance since it was just done at the state meeting. A motion was made by Shirley Johnson to dispense from reading the minutes of the April meeting, motion carried.

Cornelia Mills read the treasurers report. A motion to accept the treasurer's report was made, seconded and motion carried.

Health and Welfare Report:
David Armstrong is having eye problems and may need surgery. Dona Weakley is having eye surgery in June.

Committee Reports:
Shirley Johnson has sent out many letters requesting door prizes and they are starting to trickle in. Anyone in the club is welcome to collect door prizes as well and would be appreciated.

Wagonmaster Report:
The June campout will be held at Pocahontas State Park June 16-18.

The July campout will be at Rockahock July 21-23. Cost is $36 per night. Call 804-966-8362 to make reservations.

Old Business:
The Dogwoods will be hosting the November state campout. Please be thinking of a charity we can donate to for this meeting.

New Business:
Notices were mailed out to make changes to the bylaws regarding the secretary term of office. It will be voted on at the June meeting.

Announcements: None

Advisory Board Suggestions:
It was suggested that some of the meeting dates for the state would be changed, but it was voted down. There was a motion made to raise the money each club contributes to the state meeting from $75 to $100. Motion was passed.

Motorhome Experiences: None

50/50 winner: $11 was won by guest, Miller Arritt.

Thanks to the Johnsons for hospitality Friday night and for social hour on Saturday!

There being no further business, Shirley Johnson made a motion to adjourn the meeting, motion carried.
