John McMillan, President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Duncan Mills.

Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, John McMillan made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Mike Schuler, motion carried.

Duncan Mills made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, which was seconded by Tom Woolard, motion carried.

Mary Wright read the treasurers report. Harold Moyer made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Cornelia mills, motion carried.

Health and Welfare Report:

Leroy Wright had shoulder surgery and is doing well.

Sue Nicolella is going in for surgery on 4/22

Gene Veler is going in to have knee surgery.

Harry Weakley is having a problem with his hand.

Val Terry's mother, Lucille Duell passed away on 4/15.

Committee reports:

A separate meeting was set up to report to Mike Schuler where everyone is at and to suggest things.

Leigh Anne had the note pads made up for Welcome Bags; she also had a sample of the paper money with the club president faces on it that will be used for gambling.

The Welcome Bags were put together this weekend.

Mike is going to limit the number of coaches to 65 for the Rally.

Mary Wright is working on a breakfast casserole for Sunday's breakfast, (which our club will prepare so we'll need your ovens ladies) she has lined up Country Kitchen for Saturday breakfast & dinner.

It was discussed to have a 50/50 set up at our flea market spot for our club.

We will meet in May with the other clubs.

Leigh Anne discussed getting tubs of ice cream for the social as it would be cheaper and is going to see where we could store it.

Wagonmaster report:

Mary Ann Moyer wanted to remind everyone that sign up for the weekends you will be attending. Also, the Peninsula Winnies put in the Magazine that the November meeting is at Thousand Trails in Gloucester .

John McMillan emails everyone the agenda for the May campout at Kings Dominion Campground.

Also, McGeorge wants to host our July Campout on the weekend of the 24-26, more to follow.

Unfinished Business: None

New Business:

Bill Plemmons will be a long weekend this year, October 15-18.

Christy contacted Annette Boyette about a tape of the 2007 festivities.

State Advisory Board Suggestions:

Present anything to Harold & Mary Anne Moyer if you have any suggestions you want them to bring to the board .

Cost for host charges:

The cost per person was $6.00.

Motorhome Experiences:

Ted Boyette had air coming in his motorhome, the motor housing was coming off .

Mike & Leigh Anne had their water pump replaced by Safford RV, it was just out of warranty and they replaced it for free.

George & Linda Bakos put a new converter in their motorhome but the wiring wasn't labeled correctly so it blew out, they called camping world and they replaced it at no charge. Their batteries are still not charging.
