John McMillan, President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Dan Young.
Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, John McMillan made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Harold Moyer.

Mary Anne Moyer presented the treasurer's report since Mary Wright is still in Florida. There was no activity on the account this month. Harold Moyer made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Joe Nicolella.
Health and Welfare Report:
Ted & Annette Boyette are reported to be feeling much better.
David Armstrong was in the hospital with blood clots in both lungs; He was released from the hospital on Friday and is doing better the medication seems to be helping him.

Committee reports:
Leigh Ann said that Farm City will be sponsoring the ice cream social.
The Welcome Bags will be put together at the April Campout. They will be handed out at the Rally when they enter the campground & register with their Rally number.
Leigh Ann will be getting the registration cards to Mary Anne, so she can send them along with the Mammogram Letter/flyer to confirm people's registrations.
The Mammogram Van will be coming on Friday Sept. 18 th .
John & Mike talked about getting the sponsor letter together.
Joe Preissner is still working on the seminars.
John said the Wright's, Veler's and Boyette's had a mini meeting in Florida about the food for the Rally.
Linda Bakos is checking with the German Club in Richmond in regards to an Oompah Band.
Harold is checking on the band Sweet Justice and a DJ.
Mike also was discussing having a flea market row, since we have the items that Witt Freeman donated to the club.
Wagonmaster report:
Mary Ann Moyer wanted to remind everyone that July is still open.
The campout for April 17-19 sponsored by McGeorge RV has been cancelled since McGeorge could not do it that weekend and wanted it changed to the 24 th . There were several members that had prior commitments for that weekend, so it was decided that we would change the Location but keep the same dates. The new location is: Small Country Campground in Louisa.
Please call and cancel your reservations at Shenandoah Crossing and make sure that they do not or have not charged your credit card.
Unfinished Business:
John McMillan has gathered all the information to send in for the Chapter of Excellence. He verified with everyone present to make sure he had all his information correct.

Cost for host charges: The cost of food was $57.05 and American Heritage refunded the Dogwood Winnies $78.40 for the discount on everyone's site.
Mike Schuler made a motion the put the $21.35 difference in our club fund, which was seconded by Joe Nicolella.
So the total cost per coach was $7.84.
Motorhome Experiences:
John McMillan had his skylight and topper for the slide fixed at Kaeser's and they did a good job.
Joe Preissner told everyone about the Ultra trik-L-start for keeping your coach batteries charged.
The Moyers are still trying to find a place that will restring their blinds. Linda Bakos said she would check a place by where they live.
