The April meeting will be held at the NC State Rally, hosted by the Youngs. Visit www.northcarolinawit.org to find out more on the rally.
The May meeting will be a State Meeting, on May 16-18 th at the Pottery. More to come.
The July meeting may be held at Rainbow Acres, the Moyers will follow up on that campout.
The mistake in the Wit magazine regarding Bill Plemmons in Raleigh has been brought to the attention of the Wit magazine.
Unfinished Business:
We have to decide on the theme and place for the 2009 rally. Mike Schuler has suggested Cozy Acres in Powhatan and plans to talk to the owner. He suggested a theme “Cruisin in the Country” which would combine the elements of taking a cruise with a country setting. John McMillan made a motion to accept the idea and there was no opposition. We want to try and keep the Rally in the center of the state. Mike will follow up with Cozy Acres to determine feasibility.
The vests were brought to the meeting and there were some ideas tossed around on how to make these into flags. Cornelia Mills will follow up on this project.
New Business:
There were some minor changes to the WIT bylaws that were mailed to us. Mike Schuler presented the letter and bylaws on the table for anyone to read who was interested.
State Advisory board suggestions: none
Thank hosts The Nicolellas and Schulers for all the weekend activities.

Sue Nicolella won the 50/50 for $10.
Motorhome Experiences:
Harold Moyer was having problems with his jacks that required a gallon of hydraulic fluid. Ted Boyette reported that it took 4 months to get a part from Rolling Hills.
Next meeting date:

There being no further business, Harold Moyer made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Sue Nicolella, motion carried.
