Those present were:

Mike Schuler, President, called the meeting to order. Duncan Mills led in the Pledge of Allegiance. Secretary Leigh Anne Schuler read the minutes/synopsis of the last meeting.

Cornelia Mills read the treasurer's report. There were no changes, so the balance on hand was still $1677.33. A motion was made to accept the treasurer's report by Annette Boyette, seconded my Mary Wright, motion carried.

Health and Welfare Report:
Linda Bako's mom Olga had back surgery.
Harry Weakley was doing better and hopes to join the campout in April.

Gary & Shirly Gray were voted in as members, since this was their second meeting.

Committee Reports:

Nominating committee: nothing to report.

Decorating committee for rally: Cornelia Mills has purchased some ideas for table decorations and will present at lunch. Dona Weakly will be helping with this when they are able to return to camping.

Wagonmaster Report:

The April meeting will be held at American Heritage in Williamsburg, April 27-29. The Dance's and Woolards will host. The following have signed up:Dance, Woolard, Moyer, Boyette, Wright, Schuler, Harmon, Gray, McMillans, Mac Parrish and Candy Swanson.

The May meeting will of course be held back at Christopher Run. This will be the State Fundraiser, Drive in for Diabetes. Planning for the meeting will take place after this meeting and more to follow by email.

The McMillans are working on plans for the June meeting, details to follow by email.

Unfinished business:
The shirt supplier we have been using gave us a sample shirt in a new fabric for those who need new shirts or want to replace old worn out ones. The shirt is the same logo and color as before, just an better fabric.

New business:
Mary Wright has offered to hold the December meeting at her daughter Rebeccca's mansion in Richmond again. This will be a formal dinner and more details will follow. Mary suggested picking angels from the angel tree to buy gifts for this year, instead of exchanging gifts. A motion was made by Gary Gray to move forward with this idea, seconded by Mary Wright and motion carried.

Motorhome experiences:
The Grays pulled in the dirt road before the campground since the sign said "turn next right". Don't do this in May! Its a dirt road and they had to un hitch the car to get out of there.

Duncan Mills mentioned to make sure you always get a firm estimate before getting work done. An $89 bumper turned into a $450 job!

The next campout is at American Heritage on April 27. Reservations need to have been made by now, but in case you have not called, the number is

There being no further business, John McMillan made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Harold Moyer, motion carried.
