John McMillan, President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Brenda McMillan.
Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, John McMillan made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Harold Moyer.
Brenda McMillan made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, which was seconded by Frank Zimmerman.
Mary Anne Moyer presented the treasurer's report since Mary Wright is still in Florida enjoying the warm weather and sunshine. Balance on hand as of 02/21/09 was $769.26. There was no activity on the account this month. Leigh Anne Shuler made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Diane Zimmerman.
Health and Welfare Report:
Ted & Annette Boyette have been feeling poorly.

Committee reports:
Mike & Leigh Anne Schuler will be setting up a program on Google Docs with all the tasks to be done for the Rally. All the members will have access to this website and will be able to update it as to the progress made on tasks they are working on and see what still needs to be taken care of.
An email was received from the Blue Ridge Winnies regarding the table decorations for the Rally. Leigh Anne will be responding to her. She also received a letter from the Massachusetts area chapter in regards to the Rally which she also will respond to.
We're getting information from the town of Powhatan on local places to visit in the area, such as the zoo. Also, Diane is in the process of arranging for free mammograms to be done on Friday. The mammograms will be open first to registered guests. In the event that all of the time slots are not filled, it will then be opened up to the public. They are working on a letter to be sent out with the Rally confirmations in regards to this.
Wagonmaster report:
Mary Ann Moyer wanted to remind everyone that July is still open.
Please make your reservations for April 17-19 at Shenandoah Crossing which is sponsored by McGeorge RV. Reservations are for “Docs Rally”.
Also, make your reservations for the State Meeting May 15-17 at Kings Dominion Campground.
Unfinished Business:
Gail Young made a motion to make a $35.00 donation to the local children's hospital in Richmond for one of David Shorts charities. The motion was seconded by Mike Schuler.
New Business:
John McMillan wanted to thank everyone who attended the Show and Tell at the RV Show on Feb. 13-15.
He is working on gathering the information for the Chapter of Excellence. He will present it at our next meeting in March.

Motorhome Experiences:
The Schuler's had a leak in the power steering which was going into the ball joints. They took it to Hendricks Auto Center in Cary , NC and they replaced the part at no charge. Leigh Anne said it was an exceptional place and would recommend them.
John McMillan took his motorhome in for some repairs and there was damage to 2 places in his fiberglass siding. He would like to know if anyone knows of a body shop that carries this type of paint at a lower cost and does these types of repairs.
