Guests:
The guests were introduced. Andy & Edna Saulnier had planned to come but got the flu.

New Business:
We will be responsible for the May meeting. Here is the current idea for the fundraiser:
The cause would be Diabetes. An exact name of the charity for diabetes has not been determined yet. The thought is that many of our members have it, and others will probably get it. Would be a good awareness campaign. Especially if we could get a speaker and some literature. If anyone knows anyone... let us know. Ted Boyette will be attending a seminar on Feb. 22 and will ask around. A copy of the flyer for the seminar is attached if anyone else is interested.

The idea would be to have a 50’s theme drive in movie weekend. We would provide movies and popcorn Fri and Sat for a fixed price, possibly $15/coach for the whole time? We would sell hot dogs and sodas. Candy is not a good idea... its sugar! Unless we find some sugar free snacks. Annette and Brenda will discuss dessert idea options in March.

Copies of the preliminary flyer were passed out to review.

Committee reports:
We need to form some committes for the May State meeting.
The March meeting at Christopher Run will be a “rehearsal” for the May meeting, so please attend!!

Mary Wright will head the food committe again.
John McMillan & Mike Schuler will be our technical committe (providing movies). Please bring equipment to the March meeting to test drive everything.
Need someone to head up some light decorating with a 50’s theme. More discussion will happen in March when we see the meeting.

Nominating committee:
The nominating committe has chosen a nomination for treasurer.

We will need to start forming committes for the Rally decorations as well.
Cornelia has started researching the boat idea for the table decorations. She has purchased some examples and will present those at the March meeting. Ideas for other decorations will be needed. Dona Weakley will be asked for her input.

Unfinished business:
We have picked up some new sample shirt fabrics from our supplier for both the polo shirts and sweatshirts. They are the same kelly green with the football logo. These are new, more comfortable fabrics for those who want to add to their wardrobe, or replace your old shirts. We will bring these to the March meeting for you to review.

Wagon master report.
The March meeting will be held at Christopher Run on March 30-April 1. Since the May state meeting will be there as well, it was chosen so we could plan for that. The campground is closed until then, and making reservations is tricky. But they said they’d start taking them after Feb. 9. Call 540-894-4827 OR go to www.christopherruncampground.com and there is a reservation form online. That may be easier. The following people have signed up for March: Moyer, Wright, Mills, Schuler, McMillan. Please sign up if you haven’t. Mills & Schulers will host, more info to come by email.

The April meeting will be held at American Heritage Campground. This will be hosted by Dance & Woolards.
Call 1-888-530-2267 to reserve, by March 27.

After the problems reserving at Pocahontas, it has been decided to try somewhere new in June. More information to follow.

Motorhome Experiences:
None

The hosts John and Brenda McMillan were thanked for their appetizers and planning this event.

There being no further business, Gail Young made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Brenda McMillan, motion carried.

Respectfully submitted,

Cornelia Mills, as relayed to
