Mary Anne Moyer, President, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Joe Nicolella.

Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, Mary Anne Moyer made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by Gail Young.

Mary Wright read the treasurer's report. Cornelia Mills made a motion to accept the treasurer's report, which was seconded by Gene Veler.

Health and Welfare Report:

Frank Dance is having problems with his back.

Harry Weakley is going in for an ultrasound and hopefully a liver biopsy on 12/9.

Marilyn Chambers is having hip surgery at MCV on 12/10.

Mike Schuler is ill and couldn't attend this meeting, but he is doing better.

Joe Nicolella's gout is getting better.

Wagonmaster report:

Joe Nicolella had the sign up book available. Several of the months need co-hosts if interested please let Joe know.

The March campout will be at Bethpage Camp-Resort on Mar 26-28 th . The Young's will be the hosts and they need a co-host. The cost is $79.90 for the weekend and you will have to make a deposit at the time you make your reservation.

Reservation deadline for April at Misty Mountain is 3/15/10.

Reservation deadline for May at Holiday Trav-L-Park is 3/1/10.

Unfinished Business:

The Soldier boxes will be packed up tonight and the Wrights will deliver them to the post office tomorrow to be sent overseas.

New Business:

Richmond RV Show & Tell will be from February 12-14. Mary Anne said Mike will set up a booth to represent the Dogwoods for McGeorge RV. We will be looking for volunteers to participate, more to follow.

Motorhome Experiences:

The Wrights had a flat tire on their way home from Thousand Trails and it blew out the left front fender.

The Mills windshield wiper wouldn't go all the way down so it wouldn't pass state inspection, waiting on a part to fix.

The Bakos had a problem with there generator turning on and running by itself.

Val Terry had a windshield replace and found out that Winnebago doesn't paint under the area so it rusts out. They had to have the other windshield removed and have it fixed.

50/50 Winner:

George Bakos won $17.00. George and Linda donated the money to be put towards the Soldier Care Packages.
