Mike Schuler, President called the meeting to order. Duncan Mills led in the pledge of allegiance.A motion was made by Gail Young to dispense from reading the minutes of the November meeting, seconded by John McMillan, motion carried.Cornelia Mills read the treasurers report. A motion to accept the treasurer's report was made by Harold Moyer, seconded by Leroy Wright and motion carried.

Health and Welfare Report:
Harry Weakley has been in the hospital and is finally home. Tom Woolard was doing great after surgery. Harold checked in with Witt Freeman and he was doing well. Shirley Dance had surgery on her knees.
(as of 1/4/07 just got word that Harry is back in the hospital)

Wagonmaster Report:
The next dinner meeting will be held January 13, 6 pm at the Blue Point Fish Club at Short Pump Town Center. The Boyettes will host, please let them know by the 7th if you are coming.

Sign up sheets were available and some months still need filling. The May meeting is still up in the air because of overbooking at the two campgrounds we are considering. (As of 1/4/07 the campground has now been scheduled, click here)

Old Business:
The state still owes $150 for the fundraiser. (has been paid since this meeting)

New Business:
Mary Wright made a motion that we go ahead and cover the $150 that the state is sending so the check for Cystic Fibrosis could be presented as soon as possible. Motion carried, and Cornelia Mills and Mike Schuler plan to present the check in person. There was money left over from the rally for a fundraiser. Frank Dance made a motion to carry that money over to the May meeting, when we will hold another state fundraiser. Motion carried.

Motorhome Experiences:
Mac and Candy were coming back from NC and bought $220 worth of gas. Good thing they saved their receipt, the cops pulled them because someone driving an RV had been reported stealing gas in that area! Save your receipts!!

There being no further business, Leigh Anne Schuler made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Gail Young, motion carried.
