Mike Schuler, Advisor, called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mike Schuler.

Since the minutes of the last meeting were posted online, Leigh Ann Schuler made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, which was seconded by George Bakos, motion carried.

Leroy Wright made a motion to accept the minutes of the last meeting, which was seconded by Mike Schuler, motion carried.

Mary Wright read the treasurers report. Gene Veler made a motion to accept the treasurer's report and was seconded by Leroy Wright, motion carried.

Gene Veler and Mike Schuler did the audit for the 2009 treasury and everything was ok.

Health and Welfare Report:

Diane Zimmerman's surgery went well and she's doing well.

Duncan Mills has pneumonia and is doing as the doctor ordered.

Gene Veler and Mike Schuler audit of 2009 treasurer books were ok.

Wagonmaster report:

Joe Nicolella reminded everyone of the upcoming campouts.

Unfinished Business:

Annette Boyette paid the seed money back to WIT.

2010 Rally – Space Odyssey Theme – Glenda (Tidewater Tascas) said the design for the pin to be decided at this November State Meeting. The Dogwoods will be in charge of Bingo and the Friendship Walk.

They will be voting for the State Charity for next year at the November meeting. We came up with cystic Fibrosis. Mike Schuler made a motion to go with Cystic Fibrosis which was seconded by Joe Nicolella.

New Business:

Since John McMillan resigned as President, Mike Schuler swore in Mary Anne Moyer as the new President and Joe Nicolella as the new Vice President for the 2009-2010 term.

Mary Anne Moyer made a motion to vote Kevin Lawhorne and Melissa Hall as new members. Sue Nicolella seconded, motion carried.

George Bakos made a motion to vote McGeorge Rolling Hills RV supercenter with Doc Holliday as their representative for our sponsor this year. Mike Schuler seconded, motion carried.

Mary Anne Moyer mentioned that in the October/November WIT Magazine on page 4 you can sign up for 2010 WIT Membership Directory CD or complete information on line at witclubnews@winnebagoind.com before November 27, 2009.

Cost for host charges:

The cost per person was $6.50.

Motorhome Experiences:

Gene Veler rewired and put in a wall switch for the bathroom fan, since they raised the roof Pat couldn't reach it. He said to remember the interior walls are not thick.

George & Linda Bakos had their driver mirror started to fall off on their way to campout. They jimmy rigged it until after the weekend because the mounting bracket had a crack in it.
