Cornelia Mills, Vice-President called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Mary Wright.

A motion was made by Annette Boyette to dispense from reading the minutes of the December meeting, seconded by John McMillan, motion carried.

Duncan Mills read the treasurers report. John McMillan made a motion to accept the treasurers report, seconded by Dan Young, motion carried.

Health and Welfare Report:
Mary Wright tore cartilage in ribs pulling a hoodie tie out of the washer

Committee reports:
Nominating committee has no new report.
No new report from quartermaster.

Wagonmaster Report:
The February meeting will be held at Red Hot and Blue on February 9h, hosted by the McMillans. It will be at 6 pm, following the RV show at the fairgrounds. Address is 9502 W. Broad St.

Reminder:
The April meeting will be held at the NC State Rally, hosted by the Youngs. Visit www.northcarolinawit.org to find out more on the rally. Send your checks to the Youngs so they can send them all in together so we can park together. Cost is $135

New Business:
Fill in the TBA's for the camp schedule so we can get liability insurance. Call McGeorge to go to RV show. Dates are 2/8-2/10. Mary Wright brought old vests we can wear at the show. We need a tablecloth and also bring the flag to the event.
