Saturday
8:00 - 8:45 Breakfast, "Omelets in a Bag', Sausage, fruit cup, coffee & OJ
9:00 - 10:00 Advisory Board Meeting
10:00 - 11:00 Executive Board Meeting
11:00 - 12:00 General Meeting
12:00 - 12:30 Ms. Barb Voelket from the Parkinsons Foundation to speak
12:30 - 1:30 Lunch: Tascas serving "Walking Taco" bag lunch with drink for $5.00
1:30 - 3:30 Games: Pass the Trash, (50% of pot goes to charity), Washer Toss $2.00 entry fee, String Golf $2.00 entry fee
3:30 - Dogwoods Meeting at Mills or Schuler coach,
After meeting - Happy Hour, light snack
6:00 - 7:00 Chili or Soup w/ break or crackers. Each club will set up a table with favorite chili or soup recipe to feed a bunch. ( Please contact me
to let me know if you plan to make a soup or chili)
7:30 Non silent auction by "World Famous Auctioneer" Individual coach donations requested. White elephants such as small appliances, craft items,
knickknacks, books, art, jewelry, wine, etc. Remember, one person's trash is anothers persons treasure.

Playing card bingo: 10 games for $10.00, Tascas will provide bingo prizes, a themed bag or bucket
